Gambler's Fallacy

The mistaken assumption that if a coin lands on tails 5 times in a row, heads is 'more likely' on the 6th flip. In reality the probability stays 50/50 on every flip. A lottery RNG is the same: there is no 'debt' owed by numbers that have not come out for a while. Whatever the history, the next draw is still 1/10,000 for any number.
