About Singapore Pools 4D
Singapore Pools (Private) Limited was established in 1968 under the Singapore Totalisator Board Act to provide a legal and regulated alternative to illegal gambling. It is the only legal lottery and sports betting operator in Singapore.
The 4D game launched in 1986. Players select a 4-digit number from 0000 to 9999. Each draw selects 23 winning numbers across five prize tiers: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 10 Starter, and 10 Consolation prizes.
Singapore Pools is a founding member of the Asia Pacific Lottery Association (APLA) and a member of the World Lottery Association (WLA), an independent body that certifies lottery operators on security, integrity, and responsible gambling standards.
Draw Schedule & Cadence
Since November 2015, draws take place three times per week: every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday at 6:30 PM Singapore Time (SGT, UTC+8). Prior to 2015, draws were held twice weekly (Saturday and Sunday).
Results are published on the Singapore Pools website immediately after each draw. togel.to aggregates these results for statistical reference; we are not affiliated with Singapore Pools in any way.
In a typical year, there are approximately 156 draws (3 per week × 52 weeks), though this varies slightly due to public holiday adjustments.
Historical Data Coverage
Our archive spans draw results from 2021 to present, covering over 1,300 individual draws. Each entry records the 4-digit result, the draw date, and, where available, all prize-tier numbers.
For the purposes of this statistical reference, we display the 1st Prize number as the primary 4-digit result. This is the standard reference digit used across Indonesian aggregator communities, and it aligns with how Singapore Pools itself highlights the top result.
Data is refreshed automatically after each draw. If you notice a discrepancy, the official source is always singaporepools.com.sg.
Big Bet vs. Small Bet
Singapore 4D offers two bet types. A Big bet covers all five prize tiers (1st through Consolation) at lower per-tier payouts. A Small bet covers only the top three prizes (1st, 2nd, 3rd) but at significantly higher payouts, SGD 3,000 vs. SGD 2,000 for 1st prize.
The tradeoff: Big bets offer 23 chances to win per draw; Small bets offer 3 chances but higher returns if you match a top prize. iBet (permutation) bets allow you to cover all permutations of a chosen 4-digit number, reducing payout proportionally.
togel.to does not facilitate betting. The above information is provided for educational understanding of how the game is structured.
