togel.to is a static website (SSG) that, for the most part, does not collect any personal user data. We do not use tracking cookies, we do not sell data, and we do not share data with third parties beyond optional anonymous analytics. All personalization is stored in your own browser (localStorage), never on our servers.

1.1 Anonymous Server-Side Data

• Standard HTTP access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp), retained for a maximum of 30 days for debugging.
• No tracking cookies are set by our server.

1.2 Data in Your Browser (localStorage)

• togel.to:vip-unlocked, a boolean flag for whether a VIP code has been unlocked.
• togel.to:vip-unlock-meta, the code tier plus expiry timestamp (for auto-lock when expired).
• togel.to:vip-profile, an optional personal profile (date of birth for weton/bazi/zodiac features).
• togel.to:admin-pass, an admin password (only for accessing /admin).
• This data is stored in your browser only and is never sent to our servers.

1.3 VIP Purchase Data (Sanity Backend)

• When a user redeems a VIP code, we store the following in Sanity CMS: the unique code, its tier, status (unused/redeemed/revoked), validUntil, redeemedAt, and an optional device fingerprint hash (not an IP address or identity).
• No email, phone number, or name is stored in our backend. Contact with the admin (WhatsApp/Telegram) happens outside the togel.to system.
• Payment transfer proof is handled directly with the admin via WhatsApp/Telegram and is not retained on our servers after verification.

1.4 Analytics (Optional)

• If Plausible Analytics is enabled (env NEXT_PUBLIC_PLAUSIBLE_DOMAIN), anonymous aggregate data is sent to plausible.io.
• Plausible does not use cookies, does not track individuals, and does not share data with third parties.
• Plausible policy details: plausible.io/privacy.

• Server logs: for debugging errors, uptime monitoring, and security.
• localStorage data: for UI personalization (VIP unlock state, personal weton/bazi dashboard).
• Plausible analytics: for understanding aggregate usage patterns (page views, referrer, browser).

We do NOT sell user data. We do NOT share data with third parties beyond the optional analytics provider above. We do NOT build advertising profiles or run remarketing.

togel.to does NOT use tracking cookies. The only cookies that may exist are:

• A standard Next.js session cookie (if any), used to maintain the rendering session, which expires when the browser is closed.
• No third-party tracking cookies (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no advertising cookies).

Some pages may display partner banners or sponsored links. Those banners:

• Are clearly labeled "SPONSORED" on every entry.
• Redirect on click to a partner domain that has its own privacy policy.
• Do not receive any of your user data from us. We only track aggregate (anonymous) click counts.

• Right of access: You can inspect all of your localStorage data yourself via your browser DevTools.
• Right of erasure: Clearing your browser localStorage removes all personalization data.
• Right to opt out of analytics: Browser ad-blockers (uBlock Origin, Brave Shields) automatically block Plausible.
