The common togel bet types are 4D, 3D, and 2D (guessing four, three, or two draw digits), plus the colok variants: colok bebas (free colok, 1 number, any position), colok jitu (1 number in the exact position), colok macau (2 numbers), and colok naga (3 numbers). There is also BBFS (full-set base numbers) covering all combinations of one set of digits. The more digits you guess, the smaller the odds.
Every example below uses the latest Singapore draw as the reference, not a made-up number:
These three are the core of togel. The difference is the number of digits guessed and their position.
Guessing four numbers exactly in draw order (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th digit). From the Singapore result 9720, the matching 4D guess is 9720. There are 10,000 combinations (0000 to 9999), so the odds are 1 in 10,000: the smallest odds, the biggest prize.
Guessing the last three digits (2nd, 3rd, 4th digit). From Singapore 9720, the 3D is 720. There are 1,000 combinations (000 to 999), odds of 1 in 1,000.
Guessing the last two digits (3rd and 4th digit), the most popular type for beginners. From Singapore 9720, the 2D is 20. There are 100 combinations (00 to 99), odds of 1 in 100. Variants: front 2D (1st and 2nd digit = 97), middle 2D (2nd and 3rd digit = 72), back 2D (3rd and 4th digit = 20).
Colok is a bet that focuses on whether a number appears, not the full order. The odds are higher than 4D, the prize is smaller. Still using the Singapore 9720 reference:
| TYPE | MEANING | EXAMPLE (9720) |
|---|---|---|
| Colok Bebas | Free colok: guess 1 number that appears in any position. | Guessing 2 wins because it appears in the result. |
| Colok Jitu | Guess 1 number together with its position (1st/2nd/3rd/4th digit). | Guessing 4th digit = 0 wins; any other 4th digit loses. |
| Colok Macau | Guess 2 numbers that appear, any position. | Guessing 9 & 0 wins because both appear. |
| Colok Naga | Guess 3 numbers that appear, any position. | Guessing 9, 2 & 0 wins if all three appear. |
BBFS is not a single bet type but a method: the player picks one set of candidate digits, and that set covers all of its permutation combinations. For example, a 4-digit BBFS of 9720 covers 9720, 0279, and every other arrangement, a total of 24 permutations (for 4 unique digits). The more candidate digits, the higher the coverage but the greater the cost. Calculate the combinations with the BBFS tool.
It is important to understand this objectively: for almost every togel bet type, the expected value is negativein the long run because of the house edge. No bet type is “guaranteed to hit”. Paito and statistics only help you understand historical patterns, they do not predict outcomes. Calculate the odds and EV per type yourself with the probability tool.
